Bert Lee Heavner died on 9 January 1965 at Springfield, Sangamon County, Illinois, at age 85. He was buried after 9 January 1965 at Pittsfield West Cemetery, Pittsfield, Pike County, Illinois.

     Nola Estelle Burbridge was born on 24 March 1883 at Pike County, Illinois. She married Bert Lee Heavner, son of William Heavner and Rachel Troutner, on 13 October 1899 at Pike County, Illinois. Nola Estelle Burbridge died on 28 August 1957 at Springfield, Sangamon County, Illinois, at age 74. She was buried after 28 August 1957 at Pittsfield West Cemetery, Pittsfield, Pike County, Illinois.

     Elmer Haroldson Mitchell was born on 27 January 1904 at Scott County, Illinois. He married Violet Imogene Heavner, daughter of Bert Lee Heavner and Nola Estelle Burbridge. Elmer Haroldson Mitchell died on 16 August 1993 at Green Valley, Arizona, at age 89.

     Josephine Troutner was born on 2 May 1846 at Illinois. She married William Grable, son of Frederick Grable and Martha (?), on 21 February 1864 at Pike County, Illinois; was found in book A, page 62. Josephine Troutner died on 21 November 1922 at age 76. She was buried after 21 November 1922 at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, South of Quitman, Faulkner County, Arkansas; I have picture of marker with William.

     George W. Troutner was born on 3 November 1846 at Illinois. He married Julia A. (?) circa 1878. George W. Troutner died on 6 January 1920 at age 73; The death date in our history was taken from the "Cemeteries of Pike County" book. Since I find him in a census dated later, perhaps either the census date is incorrect or the date is incorrect in the book. He was buried after 6 January 1920 at Petty Highland Cemetery, Martinsburg Township, Pike County, Illinois.
     George W. Troutner appeared on the census of 3 June 1880 at S.D 6; E.D 187; Page 8, Hardin Township, Pike County, Illinois; is age 26, living with Julia and daughter Luetta. His father George age 64 is living with them. He appeared on the census of 9 January 1920 at S.D.12; E.D.160; Sheet 3 A, Hardin Township, Pike County, Illinois; is age 73, widowed, and doing farm labor. This census is dated after the death date I have for George.

     Mary Elizabeth Troutner was born on 29 March 1852. She married Henry Harrison Grable, son of Frederick Grable and Martha (?), on 13 March 1880 at Pike County, Illinois. Mary Elizabeth Troutner died on 5 March 1919 at age 66. She was buried after 5 March 1919 at Petty Highland Cemetery, Martinsburg Township, Pike County, Illinois.

     Sarah Jane Troutner was born circa 1851. She married Henry Harrison Grable, son of Frederick Grable and Martha (?), on 24 September 1868 at Pike County, Illinois; was found in book A, page 154. Sarah Jane Troutner died before 1880.

     Mathew Morton was born circa 1822 at North Carolina. He married Elizabeth Troutner, daughter of John Troutner Sr. and Elizabeth Heth, on 29 October 1848 at Pike County, Illinois; was found in book 1, page 132.
     Mathew Morton appeared on the census of 23 October 1850 at Dwelling 1071, Town 6 S 2 W, Pike County, Illinois; is age 28, married to Elizabeth, and he is working as a merchant. One child, Henry, age 9 months, is with them.

     William Henry Johnston was born in 1826 at Pennsylvania. He married Elizabeth Troutner, daughter of John Troutner Sr. and Elizabeth Heth, on 12 October 1854 at Pike County, Illinois; was found in book 1, page 206.
     William Henry Johnston appeared on the census of 6 August 1860 at Dwelling 74; Page 24, Hardin Township, Pike County, Illinois; is age 33, married to 'E' and he is farming. Living with them is a male H. Johnston age 10, two Morton children, and 2 younger Johnston children. They live next to Daniel and Ruth Main. I feel the census taker made errors in the surname for some of the children. In doing research, I find that Elizabeth and Mathew Morton had a son, Henry Morton, born the same time as the H. Johnston listed in this census. Since William and Elizabeth didn't marry until 1854, I feel the first female listed as a Morton, also to be Elizabeth and Mathew's child. However, the next female listed as a Morton, I feel is an error. I find her in the 1870 census with the surname Johnston.

     Frank Elbert Springer was born in September 1864 at Wisconsin. He married Emily Marie 'Emma' Main, daughter of David Main and Susan Troutner, on 3 July 1886 at Pike County, Illinois.

     Margaret Cannon was born on 24 August 1826 at Lincoln County, Missouri. She married Joseph T. Troutner, son of John Troutner Sr. and Elizabeth Heth, on 12 March 1846 at Pike County, Illinois; Book 1 - Page 104. Margaret Cannon died on 25 May 1908 at Pike County, Illinois, at age 81. She was buried after 25 May 1908 at Watson Cemetery, Hardin Township, Pike County, Illinois; I have picture of grave marker.

They have had 4 children all are living, and all at home with them. This census has John being born in May.

     William J. Ruble was born on 14 December 1851. He married Susan Emily Main, daughter of Melvin Philip Main and Rachel Troutner, circa 1880. William J. Ruble died on 20 May 1928 at Illinois at age 76. He was buried after 20 May 1928 at Watson Cemetery, Hardin Township, Pike County, Illinois; I have picture of grave marker.

     William James Troutner was born on 30 July 1851 at Illinois. He married Elizabeth Jane 'Eliza' Russell on 28 July 1886 at Pike County, Illinois. William James Troutner died on 9 May 1944 at Fresno, Fresno County, California, at age 92; I have copy of obituary. He was buried after 9 May 1944 at Grangeville Cemetery, Armona, Kings County, California.

Their son Clyde, age 30 and single, is with them.      Colonel Harvey Williams was born on 24 November 1858 at Illinois. He married Rosa L. Troutner, daughter of Joseph James Troutner and Nancy Ann Main, on 17 October 1885 at Pike County, Illinois. Colonel Harvey Williams died on 3 August 1931 at age 72.

     Rulif Voorhees was born in 1858 at Ohio. He married Alie Magnola 'Nola' Troutner, daughter of Joseph James Troutner and Nancy Ann Main, after 8 June 1900. Rulif Voorhees died in 1928; may have died before 1925. In the 1925 census, Nola is widowed. He was buried in 1928 at Hill City Cemetery, Hill City, Graham County, Kansas.
     Rulif Voorhees appeared on the census of 15 April 1910 at S.D.6; E.D.106; Sheet 1 B, Lenora Township, Norton County, Kansas; is age 51, has been married 9 years to 'Nola', and he is working as a blacksmith in his own shop. Nola has had 3 children, all are with them.
