     Loretta Ellen Harshman was born in 1855 at Indiana. She married Peter Troutner, son of Philip Troutner and Catherine Bethiah Blossom, on 6 October 1877 at Van Wert County, Ohio. Loretta Ellen Harshman died on 2 June 1903 at Root Township, Adams County, Indiana.
