     John F. Searight was born on 17 October 1787 at Ireland. He married Catherine Fisher, daughter of John Fisher Fisher and Anne (?), on 14 April 1812 at Pennsylvania. John F. Searight died on 23 September 1838 at age 50.

     Catherine Fisher was born on 8 July 1789. She married John F. Searight, son of William Searight and Hannah (?), on 14 April 1812 at Pennsylvania. Catherine Fisher died on 22 September 1854 at age 65.

     Martha Elizabeth J. 'Lizzie' Cox was born on 4 December 1867 at Missouri. She married Amos Worden Roberts on 22 October 1883 at Knox County, Nebraska; I have copy of marriage license. Martha Elizabeth J. 'Lizzie' Cox died on 17 January 1938 at Carlsbad, Eddy County, New Mexico, at age 70; I have copy of death certificate. I have copy of obituary.      Amos Worden Roberts was born on 25 February 1859 at Minnesota. He married Martha Elizabeth J. 'Lizzie' Cox, daughter of Charles Thomas Cox and Anna L. Searight, on 22 October 1883 at Knox County, Nebraska; I have copy of marriage license. Amos Worden Roberts died on 25 March 1915 at Parker, Douglas County, Colorado, at age 56.

     Professor John Franklin Searight was born on 8 January 1844 at Dover, Tuscarawas County, Ohio. He married Sarah Floyd in 1865 at Arkansas. Professor John Franklin Searight married Mary Elizabeth White, daughter of H. Monroe White and Sarah (?), before 1880. Professor John Franklin Searight died on 12 October 1933 at El Dorado Springs, Cedar County, Missouri, at age 89; I have copy of death certificate.      Emma Jane Searight was born on 23 June 1867 at Linn County, Missouri. She married Joseph W. Shipman, son of J. O. Shipman and Elizabeth Willim, on 30 August 1886 at Knox County, Nebraska; A copy of the Marriage Record between Emma and Joseph W. Shipman in Knox County shows Joe's parents to be J. O. Shipman and Elizabeth Willim. The witnesses were Othu Lovelett and Ella Smith, and the minister was Geo. W. McKinnery. Joe was 24 and Emma 19 at time of their marriage. Emma Jane Searight married Richard Edwin Bennett in 1892 at Knox County, Nebraska. Emma Jane Searight married Fred Newman in 1921 at Colorado. Emma Jane Searight died on 22 July 1957 at Ovid, Sedgwick County, Colorado, at age 90; died of a heart attack at the home of her two sons, Floyd and Frank Shipman. She was buried on 25 July 1957 at Holyoke Cemetery, Holyoke, Phillips County, Colorado; Funeral services were conducted at the Austin Funeral Home with Rev. James C. Robinson, pastor of the Ovid Methodist Church Officiating.

     Florence Christina Searight was born on 8 November 1854 at Wheeling, West Virginia. She married Woodson M. McIntyre, son of Thomas C. McIntyre and Surilda A. Luyster, on 21 December 1870 at Linn County, Missouri. Florence Christina Searight died circa 1932.

     Nora O'ella Robinson was born on 21 July 1874 at Oskaloosa, Mahaska County, Iowa. She married William Hewitt Searight, son of Benjamin Franklin Searight and Elizabeth Boney, on 23 March 1890 at Iowa City, Johnson County, Iowa. Nora O'ella Robinson died on 8 May 1965 at Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, at age 90. She was buried on 12 May 1965 at Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
     Nora O'ella Robinson appeared on the census of 29 April 1910 at Collinsville, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri; is age 36, listed as widowed and she is working as a laundress in a laundry. Her daughters, Faye and Ruth are with her. We know that Nora is not a widow since William is still alive and living in Colorado.

Benjamin Franklin Searight died on 3 July 1895 at Braymer, Caldwell County, Missouri, at age 74. He was buried after 3 July 1895 at Cox Cemetery, between Kingston and Braymer, Caldwell County, Missouri; I have picture of grave marker.
     Benjamin Franklin Searight was Presbyterian. He appeared on the census of 26 September 1850 at Page 99; Dwelling 1436, 44th District, Ohio County, Virginia; is age 29, married to Elizabeth and he is working as a cigar maker. Four children are with them. Benjamin's brother, Edward, is also with them.      Anna L. Searight was born on 20 April 1849 at Virginia. She married Charles Thomas Cox on 30 December 1866 at Linn County, Missouri; I have copy of marriage license.

     Carrie May Roberts was born on 3 February 1885 at near O'Neill, Holt County, Nebraska. She married Charles Franklin Main on 4 April 1904 at Indian Territory, Southern District at Ardmore, Oklahoma; I have copy of marriage license. Carrie May Roberts died on 8 March 1965 at California at age 80. She was buried on 11 March 1965 at Woodlake District Cemetery, Visalia, Tulare County, California.

     Martha E. Searight was born on 20 December 1847 at Virginia. She married Louis Welker, son of Nelson Welker and Elizabeth Woolford, in 1868 at Missouri. Martha E. Searight died on 4 April 1895 at Braymer, Caldwell County, Missouri, at age 47. She was buried after 4 April 1895 at Cox Cemetery, between Kingston and Braymer, Caldwell County, Missouri; I have picture of grave marker.

     Ida Frances Roberts was born on 9 October 1887 at Amelia, Holt County, Nebraska. She married Fred S. Sutherland on 13 April 1916 at San Diego, San Diego County, California.      Sarah Floyd was born in 1845 at Virginia. She married Professor John Franklin Searight, son of Benjamin Franklin Searight and Elizabeth Boney, in 1865 at Arkansas. Sarah Floyd died in 1876.
     Sarah Floyd was the first wife of John Franklin Searight.

     Lorin Leavitt was born on 29 December 1893 at Wyoming. He married Eva Justa Searight, daughter of William Hewitt Searight and Nora O'ella Robinson, on 29 April 1917 at Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming. Lorin Leavitt died in May 1984 at age 90; was found in the Social Security death index last living at Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming.

     Eva Justa Searight was born on 18 January 1900 at Braymer, Caldwell County, Missouri. She married Lorin Leavitt on 29 April 1917 at Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming. Eva Justa Searight died on 3 August 1995 at age 95; was found in the Social Security death index last living in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho. She was buried on 7 August 1995 at Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming.

     Dorothy Harriet Carpenter was born on 19 August 1903 at Houghton, Houghton County, Michigan. She married Richard Franklin Searight, son of Benjamin Franklin Searight and Fedelia Taylor 'Daisy' Ellis, before 1929. Dorothy Harriet Carpenter died on 6 April 1991 at Troy, Oakland County, Michigan, at age 87.

     Louis Welker was born on 1 March 1844 at Ohio. He married Martha E. Searight, daughter of Benjamin Franklin Searight and Elizabeth Boney, in 1868 at Missouri.
