He was buried after 1 January 1908 at Marion Cemetery, Olmsted County, Minnesota.

He appeared on the census of 5 June 1880 at S.D.1; E.D. 205; Page 5, Village of Marion, Olmsted County, Minnesota; is age 66, married to Phoebe and he is working as a laborer. One daughter, Mabel, is with them.

     Daisy M. Hight was born on 16 October 1904 at Nebraska. She married Raymond Edmund Ashworth, son of James Edmund 'Ted' Ashworth and Maude Retallack, on 17 September 1929 at Townsend, Broadwater County, Montana. Daisy M. Hight died on 16 February 1985 at Silver Bow County, Montana, at age 80; was found in the Social Security death index last living in Butte, Silver Bow County, Montana.

McIntyre died on 3 May 1972 at age 81; was found in the Social Security death index last living in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. She was buried after 3 March 1972 at Rock Point Cemetery, Maeser (northeast of Vernal), Uintah County, Utah.

     Catherine R. (?) was born on 26 June 1884. She married James Wesley Galbreath, son of William Galbreath and Ida Jane Roberts. Catherine R. (?) died on 17 July 1939 at age 55. She was buried after 17 July 1939 at Rock Point Cemetery, Maeser (north east of Vernal), Uintah County, Utah.
