Since my files indicate that Daniel was born in 1851, I cannot, with absolute certainty,
say this is Daniel W. Main Jr., the son of Ruth (Johnston) and Daniel Main Sr. However,
the Cemetery book for Pike County published in 1979 by the Pike County Genealogical
Society has Melissa Main, born June 1, 1858, died April 3, 1928, buried in Blue River
Cemetery.

I feel this is the marker for Milissa Rebecca (French) Splain Main, the third wife of
Daniel W. Main Jr.
