Mabry died on 27 October 1923 at a hospital, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, at age 78; See Death notice. He was buried on 29 October 1923 at Fairlawn Cemetery, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

     Francis Marion 'Frank' McMillen was born on 16 February 1886 at Falmouth, Pendleton Count, Kentucky. He married Ida Frances Roberts, daughter of Amos Worden Roberts and Martha Elizabeth 'Lizzie' Cox, circa 1931; I have not found a marriage license. They are listed in the 1931 & the 1944 Polk Directories as man and wife. Francis Marion 'Frank' McMillen died on 18 June 1966 at Pawnee, Pawnee County, Oklahoma, at age 80; I have copy of obituary. He was buried on 21 June 1966 at Highland Cemetery, Pawnee, Pawnee County, Oklahoma.
