     Jordan Camelford Nye was born on 15 July 1823. He married Amy E. Bligh, daughter of Julius Bligh and Louisa Eaton, circa 1860. Jordan Camelford Nye died on 24 June 1884 at age 60. He was buried after 24 June 1884 at Mumford Chapel Cemetery, Cochranton, Crawford County, Pennsylvania.

     Helen Permelia 'Mena' Nye was born on 18 July 1871 at Pennsylvania. She married Edward B. Cook after 1921.

     Maxamilia Nye was born on 3 January 1826. She married William Mace, son of Samuel Mace and Martha McFarland, on 15 August 1844. Maxamilia Nye died on 16 September 1845 at age 19. She was buried after 16 September 1845 at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, North Sewickley Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; I have picture of grave marker.

     Eleanor Nye was born on 19 January 1828. She married James Van Etten. Eleanor Nye died on 1 February 1852 at age 24.
     Eleanor Nye was also known as Eleanora Nye.

     Ruth Nye was born on 6 October 1832. She died on 20 August 1849 at age 16. She was buried after 20 August 1849 at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, North Sewickley Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; I have picture of grave marker.

     Jacob C. Nye was born on 21 January 1836 at Pennsylvania. He married Almira Jane McIlvaine, daughter of James McIlvaine and Eliza Miller, on 20 December 1860 at Pennsylvania. Jacob C. Nye died on 5 July 1905 at age 69. He was buried after 5 July 1905 at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, North Sewickley Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; I have picture of grave marker.

     Almira Jane McIlvaine was born in 1839 at Pennsylvania. She married Jacob C. Nye, son of Michael Nye and Ann Piersol, on 20 December 1860 at Pennsylvania. Almira Jane McIlvaine died on 14 January 1919 at the home of her daughter, Almira Blinn, Pennsylvania; I have copy of obituary.      John Stilly Nye was born on 29 November 1861 at Pennsylvania. He died on 9 December 1881 at age 20. He was buried after 9 December 1881 at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, North Sewickley Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; I have picture of grave marker.

     Almira Ida Nye was born on 13 August 1865 at Pennsylvania. She married Henry Blinn, son of Phillip Blinn and Mary Bellis, on 23 January 1889.

     Jordan Camelford Nye II was born on 29 August 1868 at Pennsylvania. He married Maggie B. Raidel on 4 November 1891. Jordan Camelford Nye II married Emma Lucetta Parker, daughter of Henry L. Parker and Mary Craven, on 7 April 1897. Jordan Camelford Nye II married Kimbury (?) in 1909. Jordan Camelford Nye II died on 4 January 1945 at Perry Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, at age 76; as a result of burns when sparks from his pipe set fire to his clothing. Living with them is Lillian Brown, age 5, stepdaughter to Jordan. He appeared on the census of 13 January 1920 at S.D.22; E.D.117; Sheet 5 A, Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania; is age 51, married to Kimbury, and he is farming. Kimbury's daughter, Lilian, is with them.

     Elijah Gad Nye was born on 24 February 1872 at Pennsylvania. He died on 29 February 1888 at age 16; of an accidental gunshot wound. He was buried after 29 February 1888 at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, North Sewickley Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; I have picture of grave marker.

     William Mace was born on 21 April 1823. He married Maxamilia Nye, daughter of Michael Nye and Ann Piersol, on 15 August 1844.

     Anna Maxamelia Mace was born on 31 May 1845. She married Michael Barnett Nye, son of Andrew Avory Nye and Isabel McFarland, in May 1866. Anna Maxamelia Mace died on 14 December 1929 at her home, Beaver Falls, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, at age 84; I have copy of obituary. She was buried on 15 December 1929 at North Sewickley Cemetery, North Sewickley Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; I have picture of grave marker. Her marker has the 15th as date of death, but her obituary says she died on Saturday, which would have been the 14th.
     As of May 1866, Anna Maxamelia Mace was also known as Nye. She appeared on the census of 8 June 1880 at S.D.9; E.D.199; Page 8 D, North Sewickley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; is age 35, and widowed. Her children, Andrew, Isabel and William are with her.

     Joseph M. Metheny was born on 15 October 1808 at Lawrence County, Pennsylvania. He married Mary McGregor, daughter of Donald McGregor and Mary Bennett, on 28 February 1833 at Beaver County, Pennsylvania. Joseph M. Metheny married Jane Sterrett, daughter of Dr. Samuel Sterrett and Elizabeth Wright, on 16 March 1835. Joseph M. Metheny died on 18 April 1838 at Wurtemburg, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, at age 29; of Typhus Fever. He was buried after 18 April 1838 at Camp Run Reformed Presbyterian Cemetery, Perry Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania.

     Mary McGregor was born on 25 July 1816 at at sea. She married Joseph M. Metheny, son of Moses Matheny and Hannah Nye, on 28 February 1833 at Beaver County, Pennsylvania. Mary McGregor died on 16 March 1834 at Pennsylvania at age 17. She was buried after 16 March 1834 at New Castle, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania.

     Jane Sterrett was born on 29 September 1815 at Butler County, Pennsylvania. She married Joseph M. Metheny, son of Moses Matheny and Hannah Nye, on 16 March 1835. Jane Sterrett died on 30 April 1838 at Pennsylvania at age 22; died of Typhus Fever. She was buried on 1 May 1838 at Camp Run Reformed Presbyterian Cemetery, Perry Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania.

     Nancy Matheny was born on 19 May 1810. She died on 19 September 1872 at age 62. She was buried after 19 September 1872 at Beaver Cemetery, Beaver, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.
     Nancy Matheny never married.

     Aaron Matheny was born on 31 October 1812. He married Elizabeth Hickman before 1840. Aaron Matheny died on 26 April 1855 at age 42.

     Rachel Matheny was born on 2 August 1813. She married John Balsinger circa 1840. Rachel Matheny died after 1891.

     John Balsinger was born circa 1809 at Germany. He married Rachel Matheny, daughter of Moses Matheny and Hannah Nye, circa 1840.
     John Balsinger appeared on the census of 21 August 1850 at Household 60, Madison Township District M 133, Scioto County, Ohio; is age 41, married to Rachel, and 4 children are with them. He appeared on the census of 20 June 1860 at Page 66, Madison Township, Scioto County, Ohio; is age 50, married to Rachel and he is farming. Elijah and Aaron are not enumerated with them.

     Jackson Dever was born circa 1815 at Ohio. He married Elizabeth 'Eliza Jane' Matheny, daughter of Moses Matheny and Hannah Nye, after 1848.

     George Matheny was born on 2 February 1817. He married Rebecca Biddle before 1847. George Matheny died on 16 January 1878 at age 60.
     George Matheny appeared on the census of July 1870 at Wilmington Township; Butler Post Office, Dekalb County, Indiana.

     Mahala Matheny was born on 22 October 1818. She died on 10 June 1838 at age 19; died of Typhus Fever.

     Elijah Gad Matheny was born on 30 March 1821 at Pennsylvania. He married Sarah Ann Nye, daughter of Jordan McDonald Nye and Hannah Plantz, on 12 February 1846. Elijah Gad Matheny died on 9 February 1904 at his home, Ellwood City, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, at age 82; I have copy of obituary. He was buried on 11 February 1904 at Slippery Rock Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Wayne Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania; I have picture of marker with Sarah.

Five children are with them. He appeared on the census of 20 June 1870 at Dwelling 119; Page 16, Wayne Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania; is age 50, married to Sarah, and he is farming. Six children are with them. He appeared on the census of 8 June 1880 at S.D.9; E.D.229; Page 11, Wayne Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania; is age 59, married to Sarah, and he is farming. Five children are with them. They live near Nathaniel Nye. He appeared on the census of 11 June 1900 at S.D.19; E.D.95; Sheet 10 B, Ellwood City Borough, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania; is age 79, married to Sarah, and his occupation is listed as 'Capitalist'. Their daughter, Calista, is with them.

     Sarah Ann Nye was born on 24 June 1824 at Pennsylvania. She married Elijah Gad Matheny, son of Moses Matheny and Hannah Nye, on 12 February 1846. Sarah Ann Nye died on 22 April 1910 at her home, Ellwood City, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, at age 85; I have copy of obituary. Her death notice was also published April 28, 1910 in the Ellwood City newspaper. She was buried after 22 April 1910 at Slippery Rock Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Wayne Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania; I have picture of marker with Elijah.

     Amanda Matheny was born on 8 February 1823. She died on 10 July 1838 at age 15; died of Typhus fever.

     James Parker Matheny was born on 19 April 1825. He married Nancy Bannon on 14 September 1852. James Parker Matheny died on 2 October 1899 at age 74.
     James Parker Matheny appeared on the census of 7 July 1860 at Dwelling 637; Page 19, Chippewa Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; is age 40, married to Nancy, and he is working as a carpenter. Three children and Martha Bowers, age 13, are with them. He appeared on the census of 19 July 1870 at Dwelling 119; Page 16, Big Beaver Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania; is age 45, married to Nancy, and he is working as a laborer. Five children are with them. They live near Alva Main. He appeared on the census of 15 June 1880 at S.D.9; E.D.209; Page 19, Clinton, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania; is age 55, married to Nancy, and he is working as a laborer. Five children and 1 grandson are with them. They are not far from Alva Main.

     Nancy Bannon was born on 30 October 1830. She married James Parker Matheny, son of Moses Matheny and Hannah Nye, on 14 September 1852. Nancy Bannon died on 24 September 1911 at Clinton, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at age 80; death notice was published September 27, 1911 in the Ellwood City newspaper.
