    As told by Nanci Hoover ~ (Quote):
    "Grandma Hoover was, as I remember, always in a pleasant mood and busy with cooking and house keeping.
    A favorite 'treat' that she fixed for me, when I was a youngster, was made of powdered sugar, milk and cocoa. The cake-icing-like mixture was placed between two soda crackers and enjoyed, very much, by me. She was a 'cat lady' with many, many cats always around." (End Quote).
