Paul Calvin Troutner

Born: 13 January 1899; Died: 18 June 1991.
He is the son of Jennie June (Shaver) & Robert Calvin "Cal" Troutner.

During the start of World War I, Paul Calvin Troutner was in the ROTC at Allegheny College in Meadville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania. Apparently, he caught the influenza virus, and spent the remainder of the war stateside, in a hospital in Meadville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania. His name is on a plaque honoring service to those men who served in World War I. The plaque is on a large rock in a park in downtown Cambridge Springs, Crawford County, Pennsylvania.
